Remote Call Forwarding Feature Code Programming (F11) Enter the phone number calls are to be forwarded toĤ.
Press Feature followed by a Personal Speed Dial number 80 – 99ģ. Press Feature 00 from the extension to be forwardedĢ. However, the “forward-to station" will be replaced with a Personal Speed Dial number 80 – 99, corresponding to the phone number the extension is to be forwarded to outside of the system.ġ. The same feature code used for programming the Call Forward/Call Follow-Me, F11, is used with RCF. If extensions 10 or 11 are activating RCF or CPC for other extensions, RCF must also be assigned to extensions 10 or 11. All other extensions can only activate these features for themselves. NOTE: Unlike traditional call forwarding, extensions 10 and 11 are the only extensions that can activate RCF or CPC for other extensions. Assign all extensions that should have authorization to activate this feature Dial pound (#) 322 and the extension number(s) where RCF should be activeģ. Enter System Programming Mode (From extension 10 or 11 Press Feature Zero Zero, then press the left intercom button 2 times, display will read "System Program"Ģ. The RCF feature is cancelled in the same manner in which the Call Forwarding/Call Follow Me feature is – by forwarding the extension back to itself.ġ. Therefore, the feature must be assigned for each user who will need to use Remote Call Forwarding. The factory default for RCF does not permit extensions to forward their calls to an outside number.
